How to unlock Nightmare mode on Phasmophobia?
It is quite simple to unlock nightmare modesince this happens in the selection of the difficulty once you reach level 15. If you don’t know how to level up, know that you just have to finish the games, by finding the right entity, which is not necessarily an easy task during the first hours of play.
But once you reach level 15, don’t jump into this mode right away, as you most likely still have a lot to learn. The progression is very linear and takes place over the long term in Phasmophobiaand cutting corners is not the best thing to do.
What is Nightmare Mode?
Introduced at the end of 2021, this mode is intended for those who have advanced knowledge of Phasmophobia and its entities. In this mode, ghosts only leave two pieces of evidence (compared to three), meaning you need to know the hidden powers and behaviors of these supernatural beings to know who you’re dealing with. In addition to all this, the hunt lasts for example longer and the entity can kill two people during the hunt.
In other words, only attack this mode when you are ready, to avoid dying and losing, stupidly, stuff and money.
