Now it's getting dirty: Orianne Bates explains in court that her ex Phil Collins is neglected and can no longer have sex.
The bitter war of the roses between Phil Collins (69) and his ex-wife Orianne Bates (45) now seems to be escalating completely. In a new court application to the US magazine "People", Bates now seems to want to wash the dirty clothes. In it, the 45-year-old claims that the musician has not washed himself for a long time and has also stopped brushing his teeth.
He is also addicted to antidepressants and regularly insulted her emotionally and verbally for around a year. Collins' attorneys immediately denied all allegations. Literally, the letter from the Bates defense attorney states: "Phil's stench became so ubiquitous that he became a hermit and refused to interact with other people personally." That is why she had no choice but to distance herself from him.

Bates also claims that as a result of his alleged neglect, Collins was also no longer able to have sex with her. He was also no longer able to care for or love their sons Nicolas (19) and Matthew (15). For their part, Collins lawyers responded with clear language. According to the lawyers, Bates 'aim is only to damage Collins' reputation and to try to extort money from him.
Collins is currently on trial in court accusing his ex of forcibly entering his property. He had thrown her out of his home in October after it was revealed that she was returning from an alleged business trip as a newlywed woman in August. However, she is said not to have followed the eviction and entered the house.
The Briton married Orianne Cevey in 1999 after a five-year relationship. The couple had two children together. The two separated in 2006, followed by a divorce in 2008. In 2015, Phil and Orianne made a surprising love comeback, who until a few weeks ago lived with their children in a villa in Miami.
