Philippe Brassac will become president of Amundi to succeed Yves Perrier


PARIS, March 14 (Reuters) – Amundi announced on Tuesday that Philippe Brassac, chief executive of Crédit Agricole SA, will take over as chairman of its board of directors to succeed Yves Perrier.

Philippe Brassac will become chairman of the board following the general meeting of shareholders on May 12.

Yves Perrier will become honorary chairman of the asset manager, in which Crédit Agricole holds nearly 70% of the capital.
