INTERVIEW – The co-founder of Mirakl explains his way of leading a rapidly growing company.
Founded in 2012 by Philippe Corrot and Adrien Nussenbaum, Mirakl sells white label marketplaces to companies wishing to develop their online sales. Present in 14 countries, it employs more than 800 people.

Philippe Corrot. –Today, in tech, employee expectations are high and competition is fierce, especially on salaries.
