Philippe Corrot: “I try to control everything, but I correct myself”

INTERVIEW – The co-founder of Mirakl explains his way of leading a rapidly growing company.

Founded in 2012 by Philippe Corrot and Adrien Nussenbaum, Mirakl sells white label marketplaces to companies wishing to develop their online sales. Present in 14 countries, it employs more than 800 people.

LE FIGARO. – Are you facing a talent shortage?

Philippe Corrot. –Today, in tech, employee expectations are high and competition is fierce, especially on salaries. Hiring without sacrificing the quality of our recruitment is the mission of our new HRD. There are a lot of cooptations at Mirakl. The more you recruit, the easier it is, because more and more employees who arrive at Mirakl like it and talk about it around them. Applications are increasing.
