(CercleFinance.com) – Philips today announced that during the period December 24-30, 2021 inclusive, a total of 2,457,547 of its own ordinary shares were repurchased, with a weighted average purchase price of 32.44 euros.
These buybacks were carried out as part of the share buyback program, which was announced on July 26, 2021.
