On the social network, the 40-year-old actress published a photo in which she poses with the son of Johnny Hallyday and Sylvie Vartan. In this photo, taken on a sunny day, Laura Smet tenderly hugs her big brother. David Hallyday and Laura Smet have never hidden their unwavering unity. In his autobiography Best albumpublished on November 23 by Editions Le Cherche Midithe singer returned at length to his unique relationship he has with his half-sister. A bond that was strengthened after the death of their father Johnny Hallyday on December 5, 2017. “Through the pain, Laura and I became much closer. As if we wanted to share our pain equally.”he wrote with tenderness.
Help and support which are a real asset for Laura Smet. “David took me under his wing. […] We talked a lot to each other and our common pain made us indestructible. No one can take us away from each other.”she continued, adding that thanks to her “new blended and united family”she had the impression “to have repaired something”.
