Two pairs of Nike: $ 3.3 million
The sneakers quickly became the most expensive “pop” collectibles on the market, the madness of the grandeur of mega-transactions did not escape them in 2021 with two sales records: a pair of Nike Air Yeezy 1, worn by Kayne West, went for $ 1.8m, and a vintage ‘1984 Nike Air Ships worn by Michael Jordan during the regular season’ model (pictured) has soared to nearly 1.5 M $.
