A movie buff, she loves watching trailers and historical moments on television. The next James Bond or Barack Obama’s inauguration speech gives him the same chills.

The 20th anniversary gala concert of the Alzheimer Research Foundation brought together a crowd of stars for a good cause, including Carla Bruni-Sarkozy. It was accompanied by her husband Nicolas Sarkozy that she participated in this major charity event. A man she is still in love with.

Alzheimer’s is a terrible disease that affects, directly or indirectly, millions of people in France and around the world. It was therefore without hesitation that a multitude of stars participated in the 20th anniversary gala of the Alzheimer Research foundation “2 generations sing for the 3rd” organized at the Olympia in Paris on March 18, 2024. Under the leadership of Pierre Souchon, great artists came together on stage to support this cause: his father Alain Souchon, his brother Charles alias “Ours”, but also Laurent Voulzy, Vincent Delerm, Pascal Obispo, Juliette Armanet, Nolwenn Leroy, Sandrine Kiberlain , Manu Payet, Édouard Baer and Carla Bruni-Sarkozy. Behind the scenes, her famous husband also came to support her.

As can be seen in the exclusive behind-the-scenes photos of the event visible in our slideshow, Nicolas Sarkozy came to applaud his wife and the mother of his daughter Giulia, as he is accustomed to doing, during this magnificent concert. The media journalist Lou, for her part, immortalized a tender moment, unwittingly capturing a stolen kiss from the former president to the one he married in 2008.

A little more love at the heart of this evening already full of generosity to fight against illness. Some of the personalities present are also personally affected by this scourge, such as Nolwenn Leroy and Juliette Armanet whose grandparents were not spared. Others do not specify it, like Carla Bruni-Sarkozy and Sandrine Kiberlain, but are keen to participate in this fight given the pain that this disease inflicts on patients and those around them.

Smiles, tender gestures, knowing looks and hugs took place under the spotlights as well as backstage. Among the other personalities, we could also count on Véronique Villèle, co-organizer of the evening who shared this moment with her great friend, Anthony Delon, son of her soul mate Alain. All profits from this evening were donated to research.
