Prince Louis almost stole the show from King Charles III. This Saturday, June 15, the British royal family gathered for the military parade during Trooping the Color. An important event in the royal calendar celebrating the monarch’s regnal anniversary. For the occasion, Kate Middleton made her comeback alongside her husband, Prince William, and her children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. The latter also offered the crowd some funny moments. According to information from Mirror this Saturday, June 15, the youngest son of the Prince and Princess of Wales was impatient before his appearance on the balcony of Buckingham Palace. No longer able to sit still, Prince Louis began fiddling with the cords of a blind while his mother stood near him.
He also amused the gallery by trying as best he could to lift a huge window under the perplexed gaze of Sophie de Wessex. For his part, Prince Louis put all his strength into it while gritting his teeth. Shortly after, he was seen yawning several times, trying not to fall asleep. But determined to stay awake, he began dancing, swinging his hips from side to side. Behind him, his sister Charlotte even said to him “to stop” according to Sun. Once he arrived on the balcony, Prince Louis was amazed by the aerial parade that took place before his eyes. So many amusing appearances which illuminated this Trooping the Color during which the rain was a guest.

Trooping the Color: when Prince Louis happily entertained Elizabeth II
During his public appearances, Prince Louis regularly delights crowds. In 2022, during Trooping the Color, he spoke with the late Queen Elizabeth II. With his jokes and his grimaces, he had amused the whole assembly. He was seen covering his ears as planes roared overhead in the sky. He exclaimed “Woah”, while watching the flypast, according to lip-reading expert Jeremy Freeman. Then turning to his great-grandmother, the little boy asked her: “Are the Red Arrows coming?” To which the queen responded jokingly: “I hope so.”
