(Boursier.com) – Pending the new provisions governing the holding of general meetings in the current health context, Pierre and Holidays SA has decided to postpone its annual general meeting, initially scheduled for February 10, until March 15, 2022. This postponement should also make it possible, before the convening of the annual general meeting, to reach the conclusion of a firm agreement by the end of January 2022 following the signing of the exclusivity agreement with the Alcentra-Fidera-Atream group of investors.
It is recalled that the annual general meeting postponed to March 15, 2022 will not be used to rule on the resolutions likely to be adopted under the endorsement process, which will, in the event of signature of a firm agreement, the subject of a specific general meeting convened for this purpose.
