At 75, Pierre Lescure has had a very varied professional career. The one who participated in the creation of Canal + in the early 80s has multiplied the hats. TV host, director of the Marigny theater in Paris, president of the Cannes Film Festival, columnist for the show C to you on France 5, it has never stopped bouncing. Even if his face is inevitably associated with the cinema, the Cannes Film Festival obliges, the journalist also has a passion for music. He is also the creator of the show that marked the 80s in terms of cultural reference, Children of rock, broadcast on Antenne 2 before it became France 2, many years later. The evidence still lasts. They are the proud parents of a daughter named Anna whom they adopted in Vietnam and who is 18 years old. A family that Pierre Lescure wishes to shelter even if he recognizes in Paris Match have always had money problems: "I have to hurry to get rigorous so my wife and daughter won't have any problems when I'm gone! (…) I am anything but an example."
