A man, who would have damning videos on the comedian in the investigation for possession of child pornography, was heard in Bordeaux on Tuesday.

Dhe new charges are brought against Pierre Palmade. After his indictment for “aggravated homicide and involuntary injuries” for his serious accident caused under the influence of cocaine on February 10, the comedian is now targeted by charges of “possession of child pornography images”. This Tuesday, February 21, BFMTV reveals that a second witness was heard in Bordeaux as part of this investigation.
According to our colleagues, this man, who would be part of the comedian’s entourage, claims to have compromising videos against him, where we see him consulting child pornography content. He gave investigators from the Brigade for the Protection of Minors (BPM) video material, which is being processed, said the public prosecutor.
“Depending on the information collected, the hearing of Pierre Palmade could be considered”, also indicated the prosecution, refusing to communicate on the state of health of the comedian. “Doctors at the Paul-Brousse hospital considered on Tuesday that the state of health of the actor, under house arrest at the hospital, was incompatible with any long-term hearing, a fortiori under the regime of a guard at sight”, yet wrote The ParisianEarlier in the day.
Similar facts denounced by a first witness

Presented last Friday to an investigating judge at the end of his forty-eight hours in police custody, the comedian, struggling for years with serious addiction problems, was placed under house arrest by the judge of freedoms and detention of the judicial court of Melun, in the addictology department of the Paul-Brousse hospital, in Villejuif. The public prosecutor of Melun, who had requested his placement in pre-trial detention, appealed against this decision. On Friday, February 24, the case will go before the investigating chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal, which will decide its case.
