Pierre Palmade: what does his searched house look like, put up for sale for more than a million euros? (Pictures)

It is his haven of peace. It is near the forest of Fontainebleau that Pierre Palmade established himself in 2020. The comedian, involved in a serious road accident which occurred this Friday, acquired the large property, with a stone facade, in Cély-en-Bière, in Seine-et -Marl. A property which the star has chosen to part with – it has been on sale for several weeks with the real estate agency Barbizon Prestige. The agents revealed on their site many photos of the property of 425m2 habitable on a plot of land of 5371m2 closed.

Inside this old house, renovated up to date, on the ground floor, a reception of 67 m²a kitchena parental suite or even a living room. Upstairs, we find another master suite and three bedrooms, two of which have mezzaninesas well as a billiard room. And to be able to accommodate even more people, the property also has a guest house. In the photos is the furniture belonging to Pierre Palmade. His price ? 1.365 million euros.

Pierre Palmade: “Here, everyone has united around me”

His life in Cély-en-Bière, Pierre Palmade had told it to Parisian. In 2020, he received journalists from the national daily for a tour of the owner. “This house protects me, really, I’m looking for a name for it and it could be the mama, I feel so good there”, he confided, with superstition. And in the small Ile-de-France village, Pierre Palmade enjoyed a peaceful lifeclose to anonymity. “When I had these media setbacks, everyone gathered around mehere, I was told: We are with you, you are one of us”, he explained. A setting that he had finally decided to abandon.
