(CercleFinance.com) – Turnover amounts to 368.6 million euros under IFRS standards in the 1st quarter of the 2023/2024 financial year, compared to 351.8 million euros in the 1st quarter of 2022/2023 .
Accommodation turnover amounted to 287.2 million euros in the 1st quarter of 2023/2024, an increase of +5.4% compared to the same quarter of the previous financial year, after an increase of +4.8 % recorded during the summer season.
This growth is driven both by an increase in the average sales price (+5.0%) and the number of nights sold (+0.5%). RevPar is also increasing compared to the 1st quarter of 2022/2023 (+4.4%).
The occupancy rate stands at 69.4% (compared to 69.9% in the 1st quarter of 2022/2023).
