Pierre & Vacances: turnover up 9.9% in the 1st quarter – 01/17/2023 at 6:02 p.m.


(CercleFinance.com) – Pierre & Vacances publishes a group turnover in the 1st quarter of 390.7 ME, up 9.9% compared to the same period during the previous financial year, according to its own operational reporting which it considers ‘more representative of its activity’.

Accommodation revenues amounted to 272.4 million euros, up +19.6% compared to the same quarter of the previous year.

Revenue from other tourism activities came to E71.2 million, up 18.7%, driven by the increase in on-site sales (+22.1%, in line with the trend observed in the activity hosting) and the growth of the demaeva.com distribution and management business (+3.6% over the quarter).

Finally, revenue from other activities amounted to €47.1 million, compared to €67.8 million in the 1st quarter of 2021/2022 (withdrawal without significant impact on EBITDA).

‘Given the portfolio of reservations to date for the 2nd quarter of the 2022/2023 financial year, the Group currently anticipates continued growth in activity compared to the 2nd quarter of 2021/2022, for all brands. ‘, says Pierre & Vacances.
