The Pirelli calendar is celebrating its comeback with “On the Road” by musician and photographer Bryan Adams – the December motif is a surprise.

The Pirelli Calendar 2022 is here! With “On the Road” he is celebrating his comeback after the Corona interruption last year. Musician and photographer Bryan Adams (62) staged international music stars from the 1960s to the present in just three days in Los Angeles, USA, and Capri, Italy for the new edition in the summer. From waking cover star St. Vincent (39) at the hotel to Kali Uchis’ (27) day off by the pool to checking out Saweetie (28), Adams captured artists at all stages of a tour.

Eye-catching motifs

Three motifs particularly catch the eye: Jennifer Hudson’s (40) wild pose in a glitter mini with patent overknee boots in front of a colorful sea of roses. The Oscar, Golden Globe and Grammy award-winning artist graces the July photo.

The black and white photo of Iggy Pop (74), the legendary Godfather of Punk, is also a real eye-catcher. He is topless, with his arms crossed in front of his chest and his head turned to one side.

There are also two December motifs: On one of them, Bryan Adams himself walks through the night fog in the headlights of a car. The second is just a guitar that sits on the back of a convertible. The also nocturnal scene is illuminated by a red light.

In a clip about the calendar launch tell the stars like Grimes (33), Rita Ora (31) and Bohan Phoenix about the photo shoots. “He’s very creative,” enthuses Cher (75) of Bryan Adams.

Celebrated calendar since 1964

The tire manufacturer’s calendar first appeared in 1964. It cannot be bought. The company is giving it away to selected people. Pirelli will also celebrate its 150th anniversary in 2022. The specially developed logo was unveiled at the same time as the calendar.
