The US company Google is rolling out a major update for the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro phones. With this you get some improvements and bug fixes. Among other things, the fingerprint sensor should now work better again.
As Google reports in its own support area, the camera of the high-end devices should take better pictures after the update.
These bugs have been fixed:
- The Google Assistant starts an accidental call
- Frozen app interface
- Noise in videos
- The microphone is switched off during calls
- Audio interference when adjusting the volume
- Now Playing searches for unknown music
- Incorrect battery consumption is displayed in settings
- The camera does not show a picture
- Flickering of the display when adjusting the brightness
- The frame rate is not set dynamically
The update also improves the battery, the audio playback function as well as the fingerprint sensor and Bluetooth:
- Improvements and bug fixes for audio playback
- Improvements to battery information in the notification bar
- Wireless charging improvements
- Increased stability and performance of the fingerprint sensor
- Improvement of the bluetooth stability
- Improvement of the Internet tile in the quick settings
- Battery performance has been increased
The other improvements concern the operating system, the framework as well as media, sensors and the user interface.
