(CercleFinance.com) – Pixium Vision announces the opening today of a safeguard procedure by the Paris Commercial Court, as it cannot meet its financial obligations after the end of November 2023 without placed under the protection of the court.
The court opened a six-month observation period, during which Pixium Vision and the insolvency administrators will work on all possible restructuring solutions, including a possible sale of all or part of the company’s assets.
Given the opening of this safeguard procedure, the bioelectronics company is not able to finalize its financial statements for the first half of 2023 within the previously indicated deadlines, which will therefore be published at a later date.
