The seventh edition of Play Azur Festival will open its doors this weekend, on May 4 and 5, within the Palais des Expositions in Nice. During these two days, the program announces more than 300 activities over 14,000 m² which combine pop culture, manga, cosplay, comics, science fiction, video games, K-pop, science and new technologies through workshops, demonstrations, competitions, games, tournaments, meetings, conferences and signings with many guests (YouTubersvoice actors, illustrators, cosplayers…). As for the guests, you will find the complete list on the dedicated page of the website PlayAzur and you will be able to meet, among others, Brigitte Lecordier (Dragon Ball), Céline Monsarrat, Aurélien Portehaut (Gawain – Kammelott) or even Kayane (Versus Fighting).
GAMERGEN.COM will be on site with two stands dedicated to virtual reality and mixed reality. The activities planned will include a simulation zone equipped with a flight simulator mounted on jacks and two kayaks, a Virtual Sports zone with Ping Pong, Tennis, Pétanque, Basketball, Archery as well as a zone Spatial Ops which is a laser game virtual mixed reality and free roaming (real movements).

The show will open its doors between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Saturday May 4, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Sunday May 5 and online ticketing is here. Price level, it starts at €12 per day and €18 for the weekend. There is a family pass (two adults and up to three minors) at €34 per day and €51 for two days. Access is free for children under seven years old. For latecomers, on-site ticket sales will be available from 10:00 a.m.
