Ahead of Lea Wagner and Laura Wontorra: Anna Kraft was voted the most beautiful sports presenter in a recent “Playboy” survey.
The winner is a mother of two
Shortly before the July issue was published on June 6, “Playboy” announced that the opinion research institute Norstat had surveyed 1,102 representatively selected women and men in Germany. Winner Anna Kraft was formerly an active athlete herself, was a track and field athlete and German sprint/relay champion. She is now considered a football expert and is part of the twelve-person team of presenters from RTL and Magenta TV at the upcoming European Championships – as is her partner Wolff-Christoph Fuss (47), with whom she has been officially together since 2012. The couple have two daughters. In August 2021, it was announced that Kraft has been suffering from multiple sclerosis since 2015. She also writes about this in her book “Kraftakt – Mein Leben mit Multipler Sklerose”, published in May.
They also land in the top ten
Lea Wagner is in second place with 25 percent, and Laura Wontorra is just behind in third place with 24 percent. The two will also be seen frequently on television during the European Championships: “Sportschau” presenter Wagner, daughter of football coach David Wagner (53), reports for ARD from the German national team’s headquarters and conducts the player interviews during the broadcasts of the German games on Das Erste. Laura Wontorra, daughter of sports reporter legend Jörg Wontorra (74), is part of the RTL and Magenta TV team, just like winner Kraft.
Also in the top ten of the most beautiful sports presenters are Katharina Kleinfeldt (31, Sport1, 22 percent of the votes), Esther Sedlaczek (38, ARD, 19.5 percent), Valentina Maceri (30, DAZN, BLUE, 19 percent), Ruth Hofmann (38, Sport1, 18.5 percent), Laura Papendick (35, RTL, 18 percent), Jana Wosnitza (30, RTL, 17.5 percent) and Nele Schenker (34, Sky, 17 percent).
Katrin Müller-Hohenstein is trusted
The survey also revealed that Katrin Müller-Hohenstein (58) is the most popular TV personality. 41 percent of respondents said they found her likeable. In addition to the highest ratings of likeability, the 58-year-old, who will be working for ZDF on the European Championship broadcasts, scores highly for her football expertise. Most respondents (35 percent) trust her judgment.
