PlayStation Plus: A big concern to recover Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade for some players

There is obviously always a hiccup when Final Fantasy VII Remake is offered on the Playstation Plus. The first time the game was offered on the service last year, we had the bad surprise to see that the PS5 upgrade of the title was only possible with the version included in the PS Plus, which had annoyed the community. Today we are faced with another problem, this time with Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade and PS Plus Extra & Premium subscriptions.

Still a problem with this Cloud

Yesterday, the PS Plus Extra & Premium service received its first wave of new games, including Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade as a headliner. Except that not everyone was able to take advantage of it.

Some players around the world tried to get the game, but couldn’t. Why ? Because they already had Final Fantasy VII Remake.

Since the PSN considers Final Fantasy VII Remake and Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade as one and the same game, subscribers who have already added Final Fantasy VII Remake in their library in the past have been given a message that they cannot access Intergrade, because they already had this product.

The problem is that the DLC Intermission is always paid, and is not included in the PS Plus, which prevents those who have the “simple” edition of the game from upgrading to the Intergrade edition.

A concern that we hope will be resolved quickly so that all subscribers can claim what they were promised.
