The arrival of the new Playstation Plus allows you to find old glories from previous generations, some of which are somewhat refurbished thanks to the addition of additional features, such as rewind and backup. We could also see that Siphon Filter, which is part of the PlayStation Plus Premium catalog, was entitled to trophies to mark its return to newer consoles, which led us to suspect that other games could have the same treatment. We just discovered four more today.
The trophies for the retro
It was the Exophase site that spotted the addition of trophies for several games that are reappearing in the new PlayStation Plus. In addition to Siphon Filterthe following games will therefore integrate the trophy system on PS4 and PS5:
- Ape Escape
- Hot Shots Golf
- IQ: Intelligent Qube
- Wild Arms
That doesn’t mean every other PS1 game has trophies, though.. This is done on a case-by-case basis, obviously according to the desires of each publisher or studio. But it’s a good thing for those who like to hunt trophies, and who will be able to discover new ones here.
