Journalism and technology go hand in hand

There is hardly a technology trend that journalism is not confronted with. This includes the use of 5G, artificial intelligence or NFTs. “It’s not always about being the first, but about being the best very quickly and then if possible,” says Stephan Schmitter, head of RTL News.

There is hardly a technology trend that journalism and the media industry as a whole are not confronted with sooner or later. This includes the use of 5G, artificial intelligence or NFTs. “It’s not always just about being the first, but rather being very quick and then possibly the best,” says Schmitter.
