How to get a Unova Stone in Pokémon Go
If you’re looking for a Unova Stone, be aware that you’ll need to be patient and put as many chances on your side as possible. Indeed there is currently only one method to earn it, and it is not guaranteed.
- Visit the nearest Pokéstop
- Look at your various Field Studies and Study Phases complete one;
- Repeat this process for 7 different days (a full week).
On the final day, you will receive a reward in addition to the Pokemon you encounter. This reward can be a Unova Stone, or something else.
As you can see, there is currently no way to guarantee obtaining a Unova Stone in the game. However, this remains to this day the best way to earn one. You will have to keep completing your quests while crossing your fingers every seven days.

- Lamprey evolves into Ohmassacre (Unova stone and 50 candies)
