- The Rocket team outing is taking place in Pokémon GO until April 7th.
- During the event, Grunts will appear more frequently at PokéStops and in balloons.
- Rescue the Shadow Alolan Pokémon, find the two new Pokémon, and research for rewards.
Your help is needed to stop the villains from Team GO Rocket from taking over Pokémon GO. From the April 3rd to April 7th the team has embarked on the Rocket team outing, and of course they’re up to no good. Put a spanner in the works for the bad guys and maybe even find two Pokémon making their debut in the game.
Save the Shadow Alola Pokémon
Pokémon GO is heating up with the Rocket Team Outing Event, and Team GO Rocket continues to rampage. Not only does their leader, Giovanni, now have a Crypto Latias in tow, but the rest of the gang has also grabbed some new Alolan Pokémon. Complete the new Special Research to track down the leader with the Super Rocket Radar. Face the villains in battle and release the Pokémon from their Crypto curse.

Throughout the Rocket Team Out event, Team GO Rocket will appear more frequently at PokéStops and in balloons. You can also use a Charged TM to make Shadow Pokémon forget the Charged Attack Frustration. In addition, the new Pokémon Molunk can hatch from 12 km eggs. With 50 Molunk Candy you can then evolve a female Molunk into Amfira.

Field research and event boxes
Since the fight against evil is not everything, new field research is also pending. If you complete the tasks, you will encounter a Sniebel as a reward. With a bit of luck, you might even see a Zurrokex in front of you.
