Did you think that no other new creatures would be revealed before the release of Pokémon Scarlet and Purple? If 9G will actually be available in two short weeks, yet another new pocket monster seems to be teased for the game.
The teasing has started on Pokémon GO
Some players who have already completed the Minidraco Community Day (in Australia for example) were able to witness strange in-game modifications: the Pokéstops swapped their famous blue color for gold and Professor Jacq offered a few new lines of dialogue. Of course, the biggest teaser is none other than this creature never seen before which accompanies the trainer without the latter being able to interact with it.
By spinning the Pokéstops, players can then collect mysterious coins. See you at 5:00 p.m., in France, to perform the same experiment and see it for yourself. A teasing that is obviously reminiscent of that of Meltan in 2018.
The teaser continues on a strange site with a chest
Around 2:00 p.m., the Pokémon Company posted a website with a closed treasure chest and some kind of counter (which may be used to reveal its Pokédex number). This obviously contains the mysterious parts that can be collected in Pokémon GO and has an undeniable connection with Pokémon Scarlet and Purple.
No doubt we will know more at the end of the day and the new 9G Pokémon will be fully revealed. We already know its visual thanks to the mobile application but we don’t know anything about its name, its type or even its particularities.
