Pokémon UNITE had a sensational debut in July, when it was first released on Nintendo Switch, before being released in September 2021 on phones. And though he’s less popular than he used to be, it remains a safe bet for Tencent and The Pokémon Company, since the bar of 70 million downloads has been crosseda short time ago.
We learned about it through an advertising spot, broadcast in Japan, which could also arrive in Europe shortly, to remind us of its availability. If the reviews were not all good about it, especially in the days following its release, feedback has been mostly positive in recent months. Moreover, the title had crossed the bar of 50 million downloads in December, which indicates that 20 million people tried the adventure during this first quarter of the year 2022.
Knowing that content will still be deployed on Pokémon UNITE, in particular with new fighters, like Azumarill, integrated into the roster in April, there is no doubt that it will continue to appeal to players.
