In "Polizeiruf 110: Sabine", Bukow and König have to find a fugitive serial killer. How do you know the desperate mother?

A single mother becomes a serial killer: In the new "Polizeiruf 110: Sabine" (March 14th, 8:15 pm, the first), the Rostock investigators Alexander "Sascha" Bukow (Charly Hübner, 48) and Katrin König (Anneke Kim Sarnau, 49) stop a woman who is on a manhunt. Actress Luise Heyer (35, "Fado") perfectly embodies the leading role Sabine Brenner. Born in Berlin, she has already shone in several film productions and also has a personal connection to Rostock.

Luise Heyer was born in Berlin in 1985 and grew up in the Prenzlauer Berg district. From 2006 she studied acting at the Rostock University of Music and Theater. She was also on stage at the local Volkstheater. From 2010 she was a member of the ensemble at Schauspiel Dortmund. The Berliner was able to make a name for herself there and was even voted the best actress of the season in 2012.

Luise Heyer: The woman for complex characters

Luise Heyer landed her first leading role in a feature film in 2011 in "Westwind". In the 2014 drama "Jack", the actress played an overwhelmed mother and won over critics and viewers alike. In 2018 "The Most Beautiful Couple" continued gloomy: In it, she acted as a rape victim. Heyer has also played roles in several TV productions, for example in "SOKO Leipzig", "Der Kriminalist" and "Die Chefin". But also in two "Tatort" thrillers and in Munich's "Polizeiruf 110: Kreise" (2015) it flickered over the television.

The portrayal of the depressive mother of Hape Kerkeling (56) in the film adaptation of the novel "Der Junge muss an den Frisch Luft" (2018) brought Heyer the German Film Prize for "Best Female Supporting Role". In addition, she touched an audience of millions with the film. In the same year she won a Bambi in the "National Actress" category.

In 2021 she will slip into the role of a broken woman again in "Polizeiruf 110: Sabine". What makes crime so special for you? "The story of Sabine is special to me in that it focuses on a marginal phenomenon of our society," said the 35-year-old in an interview with the broadcaster.
