The double murder of the two German police officers still causes horror today. On January 31, two police officers were shot in cold blood during a regular traffic stop in Kusel, Germany.
The public prosecutor’s office still assumes that the perpetrators are the hunter Andreas S. (38) and his assistant Florian V. (32). The two are said to have hunted illegally on a large scale and sold tons of game meat. Now the accomplice described what actually happened on the night of the crime in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate. His statements burden Andreas S. heavily. This writes “Focus.de”.
Andreas S. is said to be the sole perpetrator
According to the accomplice Florian V., only Andreas S. is said to have committed the cruel bloody deed and to be responsible for the brutal murder of police officer Yasmin B.* († 24) and her colleague Alexander K.* († 29).
According to the imprisoned hunting assistant, the events on the night of the crime are said to have happened as follows: When the two emergency services got out at around 4.20 a.m. to check the hunter’s van, the accomplice was tending to a fallen fallow deer in a nearby meadow.
Shotgun drawn instead of ID
When the prospective policewoman wanted to see Andreas S.’s hunting license, he pointed to the car. Instead of getting the hunting license – which was not available anyway – the hunter pulled out his shotgun and put an end to the life of Yasmin B.* († 24).
As the accomplice further describes to “Focus”, the other policeman withdrew, he himself watched the events in amazement. Then Andreas S. is said to have shot at the police officer. He fought back and emptied his entire magazine – in vain. Shortly after his colleague, he is also shot.

“Otherwise I’ll put you next to the two”
According to Florian V., Andreas S. is said to have turned to him in the middle of the battle: “Find my ID! Otherwise I’ll put you next to the two.”
When the two didn’t find anything, they got into the car and raced in the direction of Sulzbach. While the search for them was still underway, they began to cut up the 22 captured fallow deer in their kitchen. As if they didn’t know that the prosecutors had a direct lead to them with their identity papers.
“My client didn’t shoot”
According to senior public prosecutor Udo Gehring, the accomplice’s statement is “still being checked”.
Florian V.’s defense attorney, Christian Kessler, only said so much to the newspaper: “The public prosecutor’s office will continue to determine the actual facts fairly. And with the result that my client did not shoot.” (dzc)
