Population: One is a Battle Royale where you must therefore be the last survivor of the map to hope to win the game. As announced in the title, an update will be launched soon, bringing with it many new features.
It will be launched on June 7 around noonwith notably 3 new weapons : uzis in dualassault rifle FAL and automatic rifle RFB. In addition, the previously promised weapon revamp will be launchedwith improved ball physics and haptic feedback (game is compatible with jackets Bhaptics), especially for reloading your weapons, redesigned reticles, as well as a rebalancing of weapons.
The other big new features of this update are ranked mode and monthly events. In this new mode, you will earn points during squad matches, which will then allow you to reach new levels. If you reach the first three ranks (Diamond, Master and Big Banana), you will get a player title and exclusive flight tracesthat is, the trails you leave behind when hovering over the map.
Monthly events, on the other hand, allow players to progress towards rewards through many game modes: Squad, Legion, Team Deathmatch and Bot Battles. Each completed game brings you closer to these rewards and new rewards are available every month.
Finally, the title store has been enriched with new objects and the user interface has been refreshed to facilitate navigation in the game. This is the second major update for the game in 2022, following the launch of the huge new area Metropolis few months ago. Expect more in the second half of 2022.
