The Board of Directors of the company has decided to postpone the closing and publication of the 2023 half-year accounts until October 23, 2023. This decision is taken taking into account current proposals on the measures to be implemented for the recovery of the joint -venture Ecoslops Provence. The outcome will be decisive in ensuring or not the continued operation of this subsidiary and consequently, taking into account banking covenants, that of the parent company Ecoslops SA, whose bank debt would become due in the event of failure to reach an agreement. . In the event of a positive outcome, Ecoslops SA will be able, within the framework of an ad hoc mandate put in place last June, to actively pursue discussions on the reorganization of its debt.
The publication of the half-year accounts will be followed by an analysts and investors conference on October 24 at 11 a.m.
