(CercleFinance.com) – Poujoulat announces that it has signed, on July 25, the acquisition of 100% of the capital of the company Bois Bûches Nord Atlantique (BBNA), to ‘continue the consolidation of its wood-energy branch and its Woodstock brands and Crépito in the Great West’.
Through this operation, the supplier of chimneys, industrial chimneys and biofuels thus increases ‘significantly its production capacities in the next 18 months and contributes to the employment dynamics of the territory’.
Located in Loire-Atlantique, BBNA specializes in the manufacture and distribution of high-performance logs and pellets. The transferees and the current team of BBNA will support Euro Energies in the development of the local wood sector.
