The manufacturer of chimney flues and metal roof outlets is developing in the field of wood energy via two small acquisitions, Soccem and La Bûche Forestière, companies based in Sarthe. This will help strengthen the group’s Woodstock and Crépito brands in the Grand Ouest region.
Soccem and La Bûche Forestière are respectively a charcoal producer in Saint-Ulphace and a producer/distributor of biofuels in Champagné, near Le Mans. The whole represents a consolidated turnover of 4 million euros and employs around twenty employees, compared to 302 million at the scale of Poujoulat at the end of March 2022 and a workforce of more than 1,400 people.
The action remains on a last price of 89.50 euros (-1.10%).
