The quorum was 27.4%, and the shareholders approved all the resolutions recommended by the Board of Directors, in particular the financial statements for the 2022 financial year, the compensation policy applicable to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, to the Chief Executive Officer and to the directors, as well as delegations to the Board of Directors in financial matters.
