(CercleFinance.com) – Bpifrance Investissement, acting in its capacity as management company of the FPCI Innobio, declared to the AMF that it individually crossed downwards, on August 23, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of poxels.
Due to this crossing of thresholds, which results from a sale of Poxel shares on the market, the declarant states that he individually holds 1,720,181 shares representing 4.90% of the capital and voting rights.
On this occasion, EPIC Bpifrance did not cross any threshold and indirectly holds 4,308,272 Poxel shares, representing 12.26% of the capital and voting rights of this biopharmaceutical company.
