PONTAULT-COMBAULT, November 28, 2022 – 5:45 p.m. – METAVISIO (THOMSON Computing), a French company listed on Euronext Growth Paris (ALTHO / FR00140066X4) and specializing in the design and marketing of laptop computers, is launching a fundraiser in the form of a Global Offer for a total amount of approximately 3.8 million euros, including on the one hand a capital increase with cancellation of the PSR by way of private placement which will give rise to the accelerated construction of a book of orders, and on the other hand a capital increase by way of a public offering with cancellation of preferential subscription rights (DPS) dedicated to individual investors (via the PrimaryBid platform).
