(Boursier.com) — Precia Molen announces that the transfer of the listing of its securities to the Euronext Growth Paris market will take place on September 28. This will allow Precia Molen to be admitted to trading on a market offering a flexible regulatory framework adapted to its size and market capitalization, while allowing it to continue to benefit from the attractions of the financial markets. The transfer project was approved by the shareholders meeting at a general meeting on June 26, 2023 and implemented by the Management Board the same day. The listing of the securities on the Euronext Growth Paris market will be carried out through an accelerated procedure for admitting existing shares to trading, without issuing new shares. Precia Molen will continue to provide “exact, precise and sincere” information, by making public any inside information concerning the company, in accordance with the European regulation on market abuse. These provisions will also remain fully applicable to Precia Molen, particularly in terms of reporting transactions carried out by managers (and persons linked to them) on the company’s shares.
