(Boursier.com) — Predilife launches a public offering of bonds
convertible or exchangeable into new or existing shares, maturing in 2028, for a nominal amount of 3 million euros corresponding to the issue of 3,000 OCEANEs. They carry a rate of 8.5%.
This Offer is a continuation of the three public offerings of OCEANE closed respectively on April 26, 2021, July 7, 2022 and July 10, 2023, and the public offering of bonds redeemable in cash and/or new or existing shares closed on December 16, 2022,
which allowed the company to collect subscriptions amounting to respectively 2.5 million
euros, 1.755 million euros, 1.865 million euros and 2.4 million euros.
