Premier League: Everton leaves the red zone

Despite the departure of its coach Roy Hodgson this afternoon, Crystal Palace went for a draw on the Everton pitch at the end of the 25th day of the Premier League (1-1). The Eagles could even have won if Amadou Onana had not scored at the end of the match to respond to Jordan Ayew’s opener (3rd goal in the Premier League) on the hour mark. The Toffees take a point valuable to climb to 17th place and temporarily escape the relegation zone. The club now coached by Oliver Glasner remains fifteenth with five lengths ahead of the red zone (25 pts).
