Whether you choose to participate for free or with a special ticket to this Pokémon Go Fest 2022, it is always good to know in advance what is planned for the day and thus not miss anything.

The second day of Pokémon Go Fest 2022 will be held on Sunday, June 5, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. local time.
How to Prepare for Go Fest 2022 Day 2
Here is a small list of things to prepare in advance for this Day 2 so as not to miss anything and not to find yourself stuck at an inopportune moment.
- Make a list of the Pokemon you missed the night before the festival kicked off. They will continue to appear in less quantity but it is always the occasion to spot those which interest you.
- Once the identity of the new Raid Boss is confirmed, prepare a strong team to beat him to quickly join ongoing Raids around you.
- Make sure you have restocked Poké Balls (by coming a little early to turn Poké Stops, keeping Gifts to open them on D-Day, etc.). Likewise, make room in your box. Sort the Pokémon caught the day before to keep only the essentials.
Day 2 free features
Here are the different features of the festival for all players, whether or not you have a paid ticket to participate.
Global Challenge Arena
The Global Challenge Arena was only available on day one to paid ticket holders. This is not the case for the Sunday of the festival. So it’s time to join forces with all the trainers around the world to complete the different challenges offered at each hour of the festival.
Once a challenge is completed, you will be able to enjoy a one-time bonus for the remaining time of the challenge.
New Raid Boss
The full schedule of Raids available during the festival has yet to be officially confirmed. We do know, however, that a brand new 5-Star Raid Boss is set to debut during Pokémon Go Fest 2022.
Being a 5-star raid, it’s almost certain to be a Legendary Pokemon.
Scripted Special Study
All players will be able to access a scripted Special Research simply by logging into Pokémon Go on Day 2. Niantic has already explained that it will be a “short” story, so do not s expect to find more than a few steps there.
This will also be different from the one offered on the first day for players with a ticket. Finally, this study will not reward you with an Earth Form Shaymin.
Day 2 Paid Features
Players with a paid ticket will be able to take advantage of many bonuses and features reserved for them.
Scripted Special Research bonus
With your ticket, by completing the Special Research we were talking about just before, you’ll unlock an additional scripted Special Research with rewards and Pokémon encounters.
Team Go Rocket Hot Air Balloons
Team Go Rocket will be present in large numbers during the festival. Their hot air balloons will appear more frequently for players with a ticket. Even better, by defeating a Minion, you’ll get two Mysterious Components rather than just one.
Free Raid Passes
Always with a ticket in your pocket, you can accumulate up to 9 additional Raid Passes in your inventory by rotating the Pokéstops and Arenas. be careful, these are classic Passes to be used in person on Raids.
In addition, all Pokémon attracted by Incense on the first day will be attracted again for Day 2. This is the perfect time to catch as many rare species as you might have missed.
