Preparing kale: tips and recipe ideas

  4. Add the kale, add the stock and bring to the boil.
  5. Let the vegetables cook for 1 ½ hours, stir occasionally and add water if necessary so that the kale does not burn.
  6. Finally, season with salt and pepper. If the cabbage tastes bitter, you can add sugar to it.
