A complaint was filed at the beginning of the month, suspecting an extracurricular animator of rape of a minor, an investigation is currently underway.
On Tuesday, October 6, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, the mother of a 5-year-old boy, a kindergarten student, lodged a complaint for rape of a minor. According to information collected by BFMTV, this Wednesday, the assault took place, during extracurricular activities, in the school where the young boy is studying. According to the child’s statements, an animator imposed sexual touching on him.
Following his accusations, an investigation for rape of a minor under 15, placed under the direction of the juvenile brigade, is currently open and research is underway. The young victim was heard by the officers. A medical and psychological expertise was also ordered.
This Tuesday, October 19, 2021, an information meeting was organized by the child’s school, in the presence of the school director and the town hall. The latter allowed everyone to officially inform the other parents of the students of the situation.

For his part, the extracurricular animator has been suspended and forced to leave the school since the middle of October. For the moment, the suspect has not been heard by the juvenile brigade.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time that such an investigation has been launched following similar accusations. On October 7, an extracurricular animator from Lambersart in the north of France was sentenced to 5 years in prison before the Lille criminal court.
