In Lyon this Sunday, it seems that the Catholics are a bit like the French… and the polls: very divided. Neither Emmanuel Macron nor Marine Le Pen really stands out for the presidential election and the two names come back more or less equally when we talk about voting intentions for the second round next Sunday. It will be Emmanuel Macron for Maude, 37, above all by rejection of Marine Le Pen, too far from the Christian values which are close to her heart.
Emmanuel Macron seems to be more “in welcoming the weakest”

Marine Le Pen “more attached to tradition”
But the candidate of the National Rally also has her supporters. She represents true Christian values for Monique and Marie-Joseph. “I find her more attached to tradition, the family, the education of children. Emmanuel Macron is for euthanasia, surrogacy, this kind of thing which is against my belief, so I will not vote for him”, confide the two voters.
A vote which, in any case, will often be by default next Sunday. Many Catholic voters admit that a week ago, they instead slipped a Valérie Pécresse or Éric Zemmour ballot into the ballot box.
