Preview: “Charlie’s Angels” on ProSieben

In Sat.1, “Charlie’s Angels” go on a criminal hunt. In “Solo für Weiss” (ZDF), investigator Nora Weiss has to cope with the suicide of her boss. Arnold Schwarzenegger is also on the road as a witness protector in “Eraser” (kabel eins).

Sabina (Kristen Stewart), Elena (Naomi Scott) and Jane (Ella Balinska) work for the mysterious Charles Townsend, whose investigative agency is now also internationally active. The “Angels” are among the smartest, bravest and best educated women in the world. Led by Bosley (Elizabeth Banks), the Angels must prevent a revolutionary technology from being weaponized. They must rely on each other as their quest grows more treacherous and they can no longer trust even those closest to them.

Kurt Böhnisch (Hannes Hellmann), Nora’s boss, is retired and takes his own life during his farewell party. The LKA Kiel is in shock. Shortly after Böhnisch’s suicide, a woman’s body is found in Lübeck. Nora (Anna Maria Mühe) discovers similarities with an unexplained murder of a woman in Rostock. Böhnisch had searched in vain for his daughter Jasmin, who lived in Rostock and disappeared without a trace two years ago.

John Kruger (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is a federal marshal who oversees criminals willing to testify as part of the witness protection program. But this time he is dealing with an extraordinary case: The attractive Lee Cullen (Vanessa Williams), who works in a senior position at an armaments company, has voluntarily provided the FBI with explosive secret information. It’s about the illegal sale of a dangerous high-velocity weapon. And this conspiracy extends to the highest levels of government.
