Former boxing champion Adonis Creed (Michael B. Jordan) leads a quiet life with his family in Los Angeles and works as a promoter. But when his old childhood friend Damian (Jonathan Majors) suddenly reappears after a long prison sentence and asks him for the chance to fight for the world title, his life falls apart. Adonis has no idea that Damian has other plans besides wealth and success.

Falke and Grosz are given a highly confidential mission: 17-year-old Juan Mendez (Riccardo Campione) has disappeared from an exclusive boarding school where the children of the rich and powerful from politics and business are educated. Juan’s father is the ambassador of an authoritarian country whose president is about to make a state visit to Germany. The controversial dictator is known for having critics and journalists arrested and tortured. While Juan’s girlfriend Hanna (Valerie Stoll) fears the worst, his best friend August (Anselm Ferdinand Bresgott) believes that Juan is simply trying to avoid the official celebrations of the state visit.

If only there wasn’t the question of how long this new-found magic will last.
