The baby elephant “Dumbo” (Sat.1) conquered the skies and the hearts of the audience in the circus. In “A Touch of America” (Das Erste) Erika’s brother Siegfried returns unexpectedly from captivity. In addition, a young neurologist discovers shocking things in the “Stonehearst Asylum” (Tele 5).
8:15 p.m., Sat.1, Dumbo, Fantasy
For the former circus star Holt Farrier (Colin Farrell), nothing is as it used to be after his war effort. Business stagnates and he has to give up his career as a glamorous rider because of the amputation of his arm. But ringmaster Max Medici (Danny DeVito) has an idea and lets Farrier train the baby elephant “Dumbo”, which soon shows unimagined abilities – with consequences.

Siegfried Strumm (Jonas Nay), Erika’s (Franziska Brandmeier) brother and Marie’s (Elisa Schlott) fiancé, returns completely unexpectedly from Russian captivity.
