Erika Brunner (Lore Stefanek), the mother of Dr. Dirk Brunner (Max Hopp). The public prosecutor learns that the head of the nursing service, Kerstin Matthies (Ingrid Sattes), apparently abused his mother – which hits Brunner all the harder, since he was in a relationship with Mrs. Matthies until recently. A little later, the head of nursing disappears. A violent crime? Brunner is suspected of having committed a crime. He is looking for support from his opponent Karin Lossow (Katrin Sass) of all people.
