An explosive device detonates at the Hamburg Landungsbrücken. Shortly afterwards, the police received an anonymous call: there was another explosive device on a ship. Before the defusers can board, the explosion is triggered. This time there are seriously injured and dead people. Who could be behind this act? Verena Klausen (Henny Reents), head of this special situation, will do everything together with her team to prevent further explosions.
