Was it love at first sight? Certainly not! But over time, Olaf Hintz (Dieter Hallervorden) and the Kuntze family have become a loving, albeit bizarre flat share. Until the doorbell rings. There stands Hintz’s sister Elfie (Ursela Monn), who left half of the apartment to Trixie (Alwara Höfels) and her children six months ago for the purpose of their own trip around the world according to the principle of “living against help”. Now she’s back earlier than expected and wants to move back in.
