In the first, Eckart von Hirschhausen presents the game show “What can man do?” “Das Quartett” (ZDF) investigates the murder of a young woman. In “Despicable Me” (VOX), the supervillain Gru has to fear for his reputation.
8:15 p.m., Das Erste, The Hirschhausen Show – What can people do?, knowledge show
The new Saturday evening show celebrates people with all their incredible abilities. This episode focuses on an apnea diver, a memory artist and a paraclimber. At the same time, two prominent teams are fighting for 20,000 euros for a good cause. Among other things, there are: Heiner Lauterbach, Collien Ulmen-Fernandes, Felix Neureuther and Meltem Kaptan.
8:15 p.m., ZDF, The Quartet – Murderous Pact, crime film
Leonore Loos is found dead in her apartment – next to her son Tristan (Henrik Brouwers), a young man with Down syndrome. The “Quartet” takes over. In a Leipzig clinic, the investigators come across Dr. Weyermann (Victoria Trauttmansdorff), a renowned doctor who recently implanted a new kidney in Tristan. But she can’t help. The license plate of a car that was captured by a traffic surveillance camera on the evening of the crime leads Maike Riem (Anja Kling) and her team to Berlin.

When the criminal genius Gru is pushed out of the top spot on the supervillain list, he plans a super show to fight his way back to the top of the world’s best criminals. With the help of his loyal army of Minions, he plans the ultimate heist. However, competitor Vector knows how to cleverly outplay his opponent and thwarts his plans.
8:15 p.m., ONE, The Amsterdam Crime: The Dead Man from the Ice, crime thriller
Alex Pollack (Hannes Jaenicke) takes on the role of an undercover investigator to dismantle a dealer ring. The German criminal police officer based in Amsterdam hires the shipping company owner Heesters (Frank Lammers), who smuggles large quantities of cocaine with his fish deliveries. When handing over a drug shipment worth millions, Pollack plans to blow up the entire gang. However, when the gangsters discover the body of an Indonesian sailor among the frozen fish, they change their plan at the last second.
8:15 p.m., Sat.1, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, fantasy fairy tales
There is nothing worse than school holidays for Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe), because the student at the legendary Hogwarts Magic Academy has to spend them at home with his foster parents. But even when the new school year finally begins, there are only problems for him: first a mysterious house elf tries to prevent him from returning to Hogwarts, then he misses the train there and finally he finds out that the school and his friends are from one ancient power are threatened.
